QIS CL 100 is used after all fresh concrete and concrete surface hardener applications to cure the concrete and to prevent dusting by obtaining an insulated layer on the concrete.

DEFINITION

QIS CL 100 is used after all fresh concrete and concrete surface hardener applications to cure the concrete and to prevent dusting by obtaining an insulated layer on the concrete. When desired, it is applied on old concrete, increasing the performance of the concrete surface and preventing dusting. At the same time, a glossy appearance is obtained on the surface. QIS CL 100 is a solvent-based, acrylic resin-based, transparent liquid. When applied, it creates an insulated layer on the concrete and prevents rapid evaporation of the water in the concrete. The applied material also provides insulation by making a transparent and protective film layer, and increases the durability of the concrete by preventing dust from the surface.

USAGE AREAS

  •  On all vertical and horizontal concrete surfaces.
  •  Industrial floors.
  •  Reinforced concrete floors.
  •  Parking lots, warehouse floors.
  •  As a curing and polishing agent on printed concrete systems

FEATURES

  •  The strength of a concrete cured with QIS CL 100 increases by 20 – 25% compared to normal concrete.
  •  It prevents cracks that may occur in concrete during curing.
  •  It prevents dusting on the concrete surface.
  •  It increases the abrasion resistance of concrete.
  •  It does not change color on the surface.
  • It is multipurpose. By curing and insulating with the film layer obtained in the concrete, dusting is prevented and the permanence of the concrete surface is increased by protecting it.
  •  It provides good adhesion with the bonding materials of the coatings to be applied to the surface later.
  •  Used indoors and outdoors.
  •  It is UV resistant.
  •  It has water repellent feature.
  •  It provides impermeability.
  •  It increases the resistance of concrete against chlorine.
  •  One or more coats can be applied to the hardened old concrete surface at regular intervals in order to maintain the concrete strength continuously, to prevent dusting and to obtain shine on the surface.
